Scope of Work

• Detailed Engineering Survey Comprehensive field surveys including topographical, geotechnical and alignment surveys.
• Feasibility Study Report (FSR) Detailed FSR with conceptual plans, cost estimates and project viability analysis.
• Detailed Project Report (DPR) Complete DPR with engineering drawings, specifications and implementation schedule.
• Geo-referencing and Land Schedule Precise geo-referencing with detailed land schedule and authentication.
• Authentication from Tehsil Office Complete land authentication and verification from concerned tehsil office.
• Track Renewal & Upgradation Planning Comprehensive track renewal and upgradation planning for optimal performance.
